- Gamal S is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical professional. The guidance provided is based on the frameworks taught in The Embodied Frequency, The Original Signal, and The Wealth Frequency — rooted in neuroscience, polyvagal theory, somatic therapy principles, and HeartMath research.
- If deep material surfaces during a session — particularly childhood trauma, suicidal ideation, or psychiatric symptoms — you will be directed to seek qualified professional support. Consultation sessions are not a substitute for professional mental health care.
- Sessions are scheduled in advance. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without prior notice are forfeited.
4. No Refund Policy
All consultation payments are final and non-refundable.
Once a consultation session or programme has been purchased and the booking confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This applies to one-time sessions and multi-month programmes alike. By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
This policy exists because the preparation, scheduling, and commitment involved in each session reserves time and resources that cannot be recovered once allocated.
For books purchased through Amazon or other retailers, refund policies are governed by the respective retailer. Live In Frequency has no control over or responsibility for third-party refund processes.
