Welcome to Live In Frequency. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website, the books published under the name Gamal S, and The Embodied Frequency companion app. By accessing this website or subscribing to the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Who We Are

Live In Frequency is a digital wellness brand created by the author Gamal S. We publish books on nervous system regulation and personal transformation, and we offer The Embodied Frequency companion app — a digital subscription product that guides members through somatic practice protocols drawn from the books.

2. What We Offer

Books — published works available through Amazon and other retailers, governed by the terms of the platform where they are purchased.
The Embodied Frequency companion app — a digital subscription service providing guided somatic practices, the full text and audio of the books, a practice companion, and a structured day-by-day transformation journey.
Free educational content — articles, free chapters, and practice guides published on this website.

3. The Companion App — Subscription Terms

The Embodied Frequency companion app is offered as a recurring subscription. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

The app provides educational and transformational guidance only. It is not therapy, medical advice, psychological counselling, or financial advice.
Gamal S is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical professional. The guidance is based on the frameworks taught in The Embodied Frequency, The Original Signal, and The Wealth Frequency — rooted in neuroscience, polyvagal theory, somatic therapy principles, and HeartMath research.
The practice companion within the app provides educational reflection drawn from the books. It is not a substitute for professional care of any kind.
If deep material surfaces while using the app — particularly childhood trauma, suicidal ideation, or psychiatric symptoms — you are directed to seek qualified professional support immediately. The app is not a crisis service and is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
If you experience persistent physical symptoms, you are encouraged to consult a physician. Somatic practice supports nervous system regulation; it does not diagnose or treat physical or medical conditions.

4. Billing, Payment & Our Payment Processor

Our order process and subscription billing are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all orders placed through the app. Paddle handles payment processing, billing, subscription management, customer service inquiries related to billing, and the collection and remittance of applicable taxes.

Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or yearly recurring basis at the prices displayed at the time of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Payment is collected automatically at the start of each billing period using your chosen payment method.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may include applicable taxes depending on your location, calculated and collected by Paddle.
Your billing statement will reflect a descriptor associated with Paddle and Live In Frequency.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew and you will not be charged again. Payments already made are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, or fees already charged.

To cancel, use the cancellation option within the app or the management link provided in your Paddle receipt email. If you have any difficulty cancelling, contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you. Refund requests, where legally required, are handled by Paddle as the Merchant of Record in accordance with applicable law.

6. Access & Acceptable Use

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the app for your own use. You may not share your account, redistribute the app's content, reproduce the book text or audio, or use any part of the service for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content — the books, audio, written practices, app design, articles, and brand materials — is the intellectual property of Gamal S and Live In Frequency, protected by copyright. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Individual results vary. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes from using the books, the app, or any practice contained within them. You are solely responsible for your own health, wellbeing, and decisions. Live In Frequency assumes no responsibility or liability for any actions taken based on the content of this website, its publications, or the companion app.

9. Electronic Communications

By using this website or subscribing to the app, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including order confirmations, subscription and billing notices (sent by us or by Paddle), and occasional updates about new content. You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the website or app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, where the business is based, without regard to conflict of law principles. Billing and tax matters are additionally subject to the terms of Paddle.com as Merchant of Record.
