Getting Started

Start with The Embodied Frequency. It's the foundational book — the complete 90-day somatic transformation system that addresses your frequency at every level. The Original Signal and The Wealth Frequency are companion books that go deeper into specific dimensions (inner child healing and financial frequency), but The Embodied Frequency gives you the full system.

That said, each book stands entirely on its own. If inner child work calls to you most urgently, start with The Original Signal. If your financial reality is your primary concern, start with The Wealth Frequency. Your body will tell you which one to begin with.

The 90-Day Protocol is the core transformation system in The Embodied Frequency. It moves you through five progressive phases: Frequency Diagnosis, Frequency Foundation, Embodiment Practice, Quantum Shift, and Radiant Life.

Each phase builds on the previous one, with specific daily practices that recalibrate your nervous system at the cellular level. The protocol includes morning and evening containers, body tuning practices, energy hygiene protocols, and inner compass development. Everything you need is in the book — no additional courses or subscriptions required.

The morning container takes approximately 10 minutes. The evening container takes approximately 5 minutes. Throughout-day practices (like somatic check-ins and breath regulation) take 30 seconds to 2 minutes each.

The commitment is intentionally accessible. This isn't about adding more to your schedule — it's about changing the quality of what's already there. Fifteen minutes a day, practiced consistently, will change your frequency more than two hours practiced sporadically.

The books are designed to be entirely self-guided. Every practice is explained with clear instructions. However, if deep material surfaces — especially childhood trauma — professional support is always recommended. Healing is not a solo journey. Support is strength, not weakness.

Every practice is grounded in how the nervous system actually processes experience. This is not wishful thinking — it is applied neuroscience delivered through a somatic framework.

Traditional manifestation works with the conscious mind — affirmations, visualization, positive thinking. That represents approximately 5% of your broadcast. This work addresses the other 95%: the subconscious programming stored in your body and nervous system.

You can think positive thoughts all day while your body broadcasts trauma, scarcity, and unworthiness. Your body's broadcast will always override your mental desires. Somatic means "of the body." Somatic work is any practice that engages the body directly rather than working through the mind alone. However, establish a foundation with one book first before layering in practices from another. If you're in the first 30 days of any protocol, stay with that protocol.
