• Companion interactions — what you write to the in-app companion, processed to provide relevant guidance drawn from the books.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor. We do not collect or store your full card details (see Section 4).
• Technical data — basic analytics such as device type and general usage patterns, to improve the service.

3. What We Do Not Do

• We do not share your companion interactions or practice data with third parties for marketing.
• We do not store your full payment card information on our systems.

4. Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. When you subscribe, your payment information is collected and processed directly by Paddle under their own security standards and privacy policy. We receive confirmation of your subscription status and the information needed to provide your access, but we never receive or store your full card details. Paddle's handling of your data is governed by their privacy policy, available on their website.

5. The Companion & Your Words

The in-app companion processes what you write in order to respond with relevant guidance from the books. These interactions are used to provide the service to you. They are treated as private, are never sold, and are never published or shared in any identifiable form. To power the companion's responses, your messages are processed through a secure third-party AI provider solely for the purpose of generating your reply.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide the service and fulfil the purposes described in this policy. If you cancel your subscription and close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

8. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate the service, including our payment processor (Paddle), our infrastructure and hosting providers, and the AI provider that powers the companion. Each operates under its own privacy and security standards. We share only the minimum information necessary for each to perform its function.

The app and this website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
